Due date for furnishing audit report (under the provisions of Income tax) for previous year : As amended by Finance Bill, 2020 which has prescribed that the due date to furnish a tax audit report is one month prior to the due date of filing of return of income. Hence, the due date to file a tax audit report is linked with the ITR filing due date.
