My Gross total income is near 12 lakh . If I choose the new tax regime, I have to forgo exemptions and deduction of approx 2 lakh. If there any way to find out in short that which regime is beneficial for me. Like the sheet you provided last year ..showing equalisation factor between new and old tax regime. 
Please provide guidance on how to choose between new tax regime vs old tax regime for FY 2024-25 and AY 2025-26.
